This home is located on a sloping site in Andersons Bay, Dunedin. Unique to others in the area the form is surrounded by naturally occurring bush with infinite views of the coastline to the South. The intention was to create a modest family home resilient to the weather conditions and challenging terrain of the site. A strong focus was placed on the rigidity of the form and its ability to absorb natural heat and light creating a warm habitable space.
